I am from France and this beautiful hat arrived in less than a week from London, the hat is really beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, the work of Handembroideryuk is excellent.
Good quality item overall, but the stitching on the front leaf of the hat is not the same as the picture - the right leaf is slightly longer than the left (not big, but noticeable)

I ordered a set and it turned out to be 3 1/2.one black. Three were too small for me to fit, one fell on my hip. This has happened with other items as well (combat pants and jackets). I ordered an expensive handmade knife and DHL seems to have it, but no offer of a replacement or refund. I am far from the future. Ed Morris
